Advantages:

Прекрасно спланированный дом практически до мелочей. Отличные и новые техника, мебель и прочие принадлежности. Ужин на террасе с видом на горы прилагается.

Disadvantages:

Хотелось бы чуточку пошире двухспальную кровать
