Advantages:

В целом хорошая, просторная квартира. Удобное расположение, с парковкой нет проблем. Единственное что не понравилось, это отсутствие мыла, средства для мытья посуды и прочих мелочей необходимых для проживания. Пришлось покупать все самим.
