Advantages:

Удачное расположение: до Домбая не далеко если на своём авто, но в тоже время вокруг нет суеты и народа. на территории есть баня за доп оплату. банька супер хороша. Дрова для печи расположенной на терассе, можно тут же купить у хозяев или в магазине в посёлке. Продуктовые магазины и аптеки - все есть. Одного санузла в доме конечно для большой компании иногда не хватает, но есть дополнительно уличный туалет. Матрасы для сна очень удобные, постельное, посуда - есть абсолютно все.
